2025 ACME Grants
ACME exists to fund like-minded work and facilitate fellowship among like-minded churches. By God’s grace, in 2025, we were able to fund the following 43 projects and give away $600,000.
Church Planters in Exeter, UK
Emmanuel Baptist Church started in the summer of 2024. This grant will support the salaries of two pastoral workers laboring for developing gospel ministry in this region.
Pastoral Support in Dublin, Ireland
This grant will support a recently deployed pastor's family in their efforts to strengthen Ballycullen Community Church. This pastor is committed to raising up more leaders and facilitating more church planting and church revitalization efforts. Lord willing, he will plant a new church in a few years.
Pastoral Residency Fund in Portland, OR
This three-year pastoral residency program at Sellwood Church in Portland, OR, will train, mentor, and provide pastoral ministry experience to aspiring vocational pastors in the Pacific Northwest. This grant will help support the inaugural pastoral resident, enabling the church to better prepare for subsequent residencies.
Pastoral Residency Program in West Asheville, NC
Men participating in Grace Baptist West Asheville's pastoral residency program are equipped to plant or revitalize churches around the mountain region of Western North Carolina. Residents are required to raise funds that the church will subsequently match. This grant will be used as matching funds for qualified men approved to be the church's pastoral residents.
Pastoral Training Residence in Louisville, KY
Hunsinger Lane Baptist Church is converting its former youth building into housing for up to six pastoral interns. This grant will be used toward the cost of renovations and will bolster the church's ability to invest in these interns, preparing them for ministry.
Simeon Trust scholarship for Chicago Course on Preaching
The Chicago Course on Preaching aims to develop preachers who are highly skilled in handling God’s Word. This grant will help Simeon Trust scholarship students preparing to proclaim God's Word through the church.
Campus Ministry Summer Program in East Asia
This grant will aid in covering housing and tuition costs for participants in campus evangelism in a closed country. Program participants will connect local students interested in Bible study with the long-term team starting ministry in the fall of 2025.
Church Planting Residents in Gothenburg, Sweden
Gothenburg 8th Baptist is a faithful church in Sweden preparing future church planters through a three-year training program. This grant will support two future church planters in a church-based program.
Elders in Training in Turkey
Nine Central Asian elders/elders-in-training from seven different national language churches meet regularly to read and discuss books on healthy church principles. This grant will help send these brothers to a 9Marks International Intensive to learn healthy, baptistic ecclesiology and be better prepared to serve in a country with very few churches.
Equipping French-Speaking Pastors
This grant will support nine French-speaking pastors as they participate in a 9Marks International Intensive. This training event provides an immersive, contextualized, think-tank approach to ecclesiology.
Equipping Pastoral Interns in Munich, Germany
FEG Munich-West is a young church in Germany with a desire to equip qualified young men to become planters and pastors. This grant will help train aspiring elders through a church-based pastoral internship and church planting residency.
Indigenous Pastor Pipeline in the Middle East
This grant will support a cohort of pastors and aspiring pastors from a closed country to be trained in understanding the gospel, conversion, and ecclesiology.
Pastoral Internship in Cardiff, Wales
Redeemer Church Cardiff is located in the inner city of Cardiff, Wales. This grant will support the church's residential pastoral intern for the 2025–2026 internship year.
Pastoral Training and Equipping in Thailand
The Thai church is under-resourced because there are few individuals equipped to translate and produce the tools needed for ministry. This grant will primarily be used to fund an equipping conference for pastors and church leaders as well as an internship program training two Thai believers.
Staff Support for Radius IndiaStaff Support for Radius India
Radius International provides pre-field missions training to equip cross-cultural workers to establish healthy, indigenous, reproducing churches among unreached language groups. This grant will contribute to salaries for the indigenous brothers who lead the Radius training center in this country, directly supporting their work of equipping the next generation of indigenous missionaries.
Church Plant in Killeen, TX
This grant will contribute to the initial start-up costs for a church plant in Killeen, TX. Funds will be used toward the setup costs of a new work–Bibles, discipleship literature, gospel materials, signs, a trailer, chairs, and audiovisual equipment.
Church Plant in Los Angeles County, CA
Gospel of Christ Church covenanted together on April 6, 2025 in Altadena, CA, a city marked by liberal theology, ethnocentric cults, and gospel ignorance. Funds from this grant will contribute to start-up expenses, including the church planter's salary, evangelistic outreach, and benevolent support for victims of the Eaton fire.
Church Plant in Northwest Washington State
All Saints Bible Church is a recent church plant in an under-churched county. This grant will provide salary support to All Saints' lead pastor who is currently bi-vocational, so he can focus on establishing this new church and equipping the congregation to bring the gospel into Northwest Washington State.
Church Plant in Weymouth, MA
Immanuel Church of Weymouth, MA, is a new church in the Greater Boston area, a region dominated by nominal Catholicism. This grant will contribute to their partnership with an evangelical school who will share space with them. After the initial investment, the church will receive ten years of rent-free Sunday meeting space.
Church Re-Plant in Griffin, GA
McIntosh Baptist Church is a church re-plant in Griffin, GA, an area with poor education and elevated levels of crime. A group of churches have come together to encourage a re-plant based on the ACME principles. This grant will support the pastor's salary and renovations to the church building.
Church Replant in Baltimore, MD
Southwest Baptist Church plans to be replanted soon in a needy part of southwest Baltimore. This grant will provide materials for the renovation of a 130-year old church building.
Church Plant in South Munich, Germany
Evangelische Freikirche Hachinger Tal is a recently-planted church in South Munich, Germany. This grant will help support a full-time pastor and allow the church to take on a pastoral trainee for six months, positioning the congregation to eventually help start a new work in Germany.
Church Planter in South Sudan
Alfred Yokoju is a church planter at Community Bible Church in Lemon Gaba, Juba. This grant will support the new church by providing for pastoral expenses, evangelistic materials, and care for vulnerable church members.
Church Planting in Marseilles, France
Marseilles, a port city and the second largest city in France, is home to a multi-ethnic population with little to no gospel presence and very few evangelical Christians. This grant will contribute to a new church's ability to rent a meeting space in the target area for this church plant.
Church Planting Residency for Pastor in the Middle East
This grant will assist a brother being equipped to plant an Arabic-speaking church in hard soil with almost no gospel witness. After a season of church-based training in the United States, he will return to the Middle East for ministry.
Church-Centered Campus Ministry
Across Campus bridges the gap between campus life and the local church by equipping students to grow in their faith while fostering a deep connection to a healthy local church. This grant will support training for church-centered campus ministries.
Family Worship Micro-Conferences
This grant will support Family Worship Mini-Conferences (FWMCs) at churches nationwide in 2025–2026. It will also be used to help create theologically robust resources (books, music, curriculum, etc.) to equip families with useful tools to encourage their practice of family worship.
Gospel Resource Development in Central Asia
Funds from this grant will support a series of new articles and books to be published across three dialects of a Central Asian language. Through digital media content and in-person events, this ministry aims to encourage the embrace of solid resources among local churches.
Gospel Resources Website in Central Asia
This grant will help pay for the development and creation of a gospel resources website in a Central Asian language. Biblical resources have been translated over the last few years, but are currently difficult to access. The website will make these resources more widely and easily accessible.
Real Estate Cohort for International Ministry
Access Partners plans to launch a new real estate cohort in 2025 to help churches develop real estate in strategic international cities. These properties can provide space for churches to meet, housing for interns, and an on-going income stream to support the church's ministry with self-sustainability as the goal.
Theological Equipping in Nairobi, Kenya
The Nairobi Institute of Reformed Theology (NIRT), a division of Ekklesia Afrika, aims to build healthy churches in Kenya by equipping pastors and church workers with robust theological education. This grant will help NIRT support local professors and bring in outside lecturers.
Church Building Project in Twin Falls, ID
Twin Falls Community Church serves in a region with few healthy, like-minded churches. This grant will go toward the purchase of a building or the renovation of a donated building.
Church Outpost in West Chester, PA
Christ Church West Chester purchased homes adjacent to the church's property to house pastors, missionaries, interns, and other church staff. This grant will be used toward the property loan. These homes have allowed the church to expand their pastoral internship and raise up more men to send out to plant and pastor churches in both the surrounding area and around the world.
Church Plant in Greensboro, NC
Redeemer Church, a recent church plant, needs help acquiring and renovating a building to create a permanent, welcoming space for corporate worship, discipleship, and community outreach. This support will enable the congregation to build a home for long-term ministry.
Facility Repairs in Huntsville, AL
A dying church recently gifted Redeemer Church with a building. Huntsville is one of the spiritually darkest yet rapidly developing corners of the Bible Belt. This grant will be used for facility repairs and renovation.
Church & Seminary Building in Cameroon
Église Baptiste Bethléem Church and the Cameroon Extension Site of Bethlehem College and Seminary is constructing a permanent building for the church and seminary. This grant will support a construction project that will be used for corporate worship, training conferences, classrooms, a library, office space, and more.
Church Building in Cordoba, Argentina
Iglesia Crecer hosts conferences for 9Marks, Simeon Trust, and the local seminary. Currently, attendance requires two gatherings. This grant would allow the congregation to purchase a larger space enabling them to be one assembly. The new space will also facilitate even more service to other churches and local pastors.
Church Building Purchase in South Rotterdam
This grant will help University Church of South Rotterdam purchase a meeting space in a strategic community. This space will be used for discipleship and pastoral care throughout the week. It will also give this church a more prominent presence in a community that has virtually no gospel-preaching churches.
Church Hall in Nairobi, Kenya
North Point Baptist Church is situated in a strategic part of northern Nairobi with the capacity to serve many people and churches. The grant will be used to finish ongoing work on a church hall, Sunday School classrooms, and offices.
Church Plant in Cardiff Wales
Penarth Evangelical Church started in 2023 in Penarth, Wales, a town without an evangelical church. This grant will be used toward rental facility costs.
Church, Conference Center & Seminary Building in South Asia
This grant will support a multi-use building in the heart of South Asia. Once completed, the space will be a gospel and church training center in one of the least reached parts of the world.
Gospel Publishing Support in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Wongelu Ministries is Ethiopia's only Reformed publishing ministry, serving the few sound churches in a nation of 120 million. With scarce gospel-centered literature, this grant will enable the ministry to expand its editorial team and cover the printing costs of 3-5 books, providing biblically sound, gospel-driven resources to local churches, strengthening discipleship and fostering heatlhy church growth and faithfulness.
Training Center for 20Schemes in Orkney Islands, Scotland
20schemes seeks to plant and revitalize churches amongst the poorest communities in Scotland. This grant will support the purchase and remodeling of a training center that will be dedicated to equipping church planters, pastors, and gospel workers who will eventually be sent to rural communities across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
